All "Eyes" on Me
Walking about can sometimes be an adventure and most times you have to be cautious. I am often known to wear very bright clothing. My goal is to stand out, to be seen, I don't really want to blend in with the locals. Blending in makes you an easier target. Someone with ill intent may might not target the individual with the bright colors because they are often remembered.
